This morning, the Lake Carmel Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with reports of one vehicle into a building. Upon arrival of the first responders, they discovered a car had crashed into the storefront with the driver still inside. The driver received treatment for minor injuries and was transported to a medical facility. Meanwhile, the crews worked to stabilize the vehicle and assist with traffic control.
