At approx. 2015 hrs. we were dispatched for a possible structure fire by PUTNAM COUNTY 911 Dispatcher 412 at the address 50 Warwick Rd. Upon arrival of Asst. Chief Churchill he reported smoke showing from the structure. Chief Keher arrived on scene and assumed command. He requested our automatic mutual aid for a working fire and reported that we had a chimney fire that has extended to the structure. One handline was stretched to the living room where the wood burning stove was located and 2 firefighters went to the roof to open up around the chimney. The fire was quickly knocked down with most of the damage occurring around the roof area where the chimney is.
